Zoom Caprino Blù di Riforano    
  An aged Caprino with a white crust made from cows, goats and sheep milk. Each form weighs about 120 grams. They are aged in leaves: chestnut, fig, walnut, cabbage, depending on the season that gives them intense and delicate flavors and aromas. Each wooden case holds 6 pieces of Blù their conservation for 35 days.






 
   
   
   
   
  Cravot Tenero  
  This cheese, made with cow and goats milk has a sweet and harmonious flavor that reminds you of fresh milk, thick and creamy. Lightly aged on cheesecloth for 8-10 days they are individually wrapped, 4 pieces to a carton. Each form weighs about 700grams.

   
     
     
  Cravot Stagionato    
  Made with goats milk and aged in "crutin," a tuff cellar , this cheese is rich smelling and tasting. With a brown crust typical of natural cellar aging, each form weighs between 2 and 3kg.
