With intense and harmonious flavors this cheese. It can be cooked on a grill or breaded and fried in hot oil for a few seconds until it has a light brown crust.

  Robiolino    
  A fresh cheese, rich in live milk enzymes, vitamins and protein contained in our thick creamy milk, it is made with cows, goats and sheep milk. Each form weighs about 100grams and the cheese is spread able and an ideal flavor for salads, antipasti and pasta and rice dishes thanks to its creaminess. It is available in its natural flavor, in extra virgin olive oil flavored with garlic and parsley or with hot pepper and aromatic mountain herbs.
